Exhibition of Advanced Three-dimensional Printing Technologies

3D Print Expo – the first Russian exhibition of advanced 3D printing technologies

On February 12-14, 2014, Moscow will host the first exhibition in Russia dedicated to three-dimensional printing technologies. 3D Print Expo will become the main industry event in the field of 3D printing, which will bring together scientists, experts, developers, and suppliers, as well as many other people interested in the development of these technologies.

The whole world is actively using 3D printing, applying it in various spheres of human life. Only half a century has passed since its inception, but its use has acquired incredible proportions.

Now the ability to recreate human tissues by filling an inkjet printer with live cells is not a problem.

Recently, a 17-year-old schoolboy from Colorado designed drawings for the manufacture of robotic prosthetic hands on home 3D printers, the cost of which is several times less than that of similar ones present on the market. And scientists from the USA recreated the rat's heart, which, after implantation to an experimental animal, functioned successfully.

Experts predict a stellar future for this miracle. But what opportunities will open up in a few years, if what is happening now is already on the verge of fiction?

In less than a year, a sufficient number of inexpensive 3D printers can enter the market that will allow people to make various products at home.

In comparison with Western analogues, 3D printing in Russia has not received such a significant spread. That is why Smile Expo, the organizer of the largest industry exhibitions, will hold the first event in Russia dedicated to 3D printing technology.

Areas covered by 3D printing:

  • Education and science
  • Consumer products
  • Architecture
  • Entertainment sphere
  • Fashion
  • Medicine
  • Jewelry art
  • Transport
  • Art
  • Meal
  • Engineering and technology
  • Design and modeling

The purpose of 3D Print Expo is to introduce visitors to 3D printing technologies that are currently used in various industries and are competitive and more economical.

The event will be of interest to artists, jewelry designers, software developers, business owners, venture capitalists, marketers, project managers, designers, culinary masters, doctors and many others.

3D Print Expo will be held on February 12-14, 2014 in Moscow at the Sokolniki Convention and Exhibition Center.

The first two days of the exhibition (February 12-13), everyone will be able to attend the event. Workshops and conferences will be organized. Participants will be able to get acquainted with the products, ask questions and make new useful acquaintances.

There will be a special offer for students – a discount on admission, if there is a student card and pre-registration on the website.

February 14 is a day for professionals and business representatives. On this day, a round table and events will be organized, where all participants will be able to share their experiences with each other.

3D Print Expo is an event for everyone who is interested in advanced 3D printing technologies.

After all, nowadays three–dimensional printing is used in a variety of fields - medicine (creating models of human internal organs, prostheses and implants), marketing (three-dimensional advertising), in the production of furniture, clothing, jewelry and even culinary masterpieces.

Don't miss your chance to learn about the revolutionary technology that will change this century in the near future. Join the 3D Print Expo.
