The Sixth Kazan Venture Fair

The sixth Kazan Venture Fair, organized by the RT Investment and Venture Fund and the Russian Venture Investment Association, will be held on April 22, 2011 in Kazan. The reception of applications for participation in the event has begun. This is reported by the press service of the IVF RT.

Kazan Venture fairs have been held since 2005. The event is a communicative platform for building a constructive dialogue between investors and the management of new fast-growing companies in the technological innovation sector.

In one day and in one place, innovative companies of small and medium capitalization are given the opportunity not only to present their business to potential investors, but also to establish direct business contacts, exchange experience, discuss the latest trends in the development of the industry with colleagues, as well as with representatives of government structures at the federal and regional levels.

A key feature of the fair is the preliminary examination of applications from small and medium-sized enterprises in order to check companies for compliance with the requirements of a venture investor. Representatives of Russian and foreign venture funds, private equity funds, strategic and private investors, "business angels", large corporations, specialists of investment companies and banks, legal and consulting organizations, employees of interested ministries and departments of the federal and regional levels are invited to work at the sixth Kazan Venture Fair.
