Competition of innovative projects of students, postgraduates and young scientists
IV All-Russian competition of innovative projects of students, postgraduates and young scientists on innovative small entrepreneurship in priority areas of development of science and high technologies (2008).
The competition is held within the framework of the federal target program "Research and development in priority areas of development of the scientific and technological complex of Russia for 2007-2012".
The competition is aimed at selecting the best innovative projects of students, postgraduates and young scientists.
The authors of the projects – the winners of the competitive selection will be invited to participate in the school seminar. The seminar is accredited in the program "U.M.N.I.K.".
During the work of the school seminar, a competition of business plans will be held, according to the results of which participants of the Program "U.M.N.I.K." will be selected. Directions of the competition:
1. Biotechnologies
2. Information technology
3. Medicine and pharmacology
4.Chemistry, new materials, chemical technologies
5.Mechanical engineering, electronics, instrumentation
Independently completed scientific, technical and innovative works are submitted to the competition. The scientific work should be a study on the subject of the competition, have elements of scientific novelty, as well as innovative and practical significance. The application may be accompanied by acts on the implementation of the results of the work, as well as other documentation that positively characterizes the scientific, practical and innovative significance of the work.
The following issues should be reflected in the theses of the report: the purpose of the work, relevance, novelty, practical and innovative results of the work, the innovative attractiveness of the project for small businesses, information on the directions of commercialization of the development.
The deadline for accepting applications is 07.09.2008.
