Despite the disappointing forecasts of the presidential election results for Vladimir Zhirinovsky, the LDPR presidential candidate is not going to stop fighting. He continues to register lists of proxies and make loud promises: this time the country's main liberal Democrat promised to extend the life of Russians to 150 years and clone himself.

On Wednesday, the candidate registered an additional list of 35 proxies. It includes people of different professions: from a gas-electric welder to the head of the maternity hospital department, ITAR-TASS reports. As before, there are a lot of "housewives" on the list.

And on the eve of the LDPR leader, during a conversation with the political observer of radio news Stanislav Kucher on the air of Kommersant FM, promised that in the coming decades life expectancy will increase to 120-150 years. Zhirinovsky also shared his thoughts about cloning.

According to the candidate, raising a person like yourself is "an ideal option." "In the next 50 years, we will achieve that a person will live 120-150 years, and cloning will be an easy option. We, the doppelgangers, will live right with them, with each other, as they say, here, you see, here he is – a man like you, he will continue your work, there is no need to lie," the politician said.

Recall that Vladimir Zhirinovsky has already defended cloning. In 2010, when the State Duma extended the ban on human cloning, the deputy in his interview with the TV channel "Russia 24" made a proposal to clone geniuses. "We must have new Kurchatov, Tsiolkovsky, Yesenin, Pushkin, Tchaikovsky. We have geniuses born in every field once every hundred years. And if we clone them, there will be 5-6 geniuses in each region. And with such a number of them, Russia will rise up," the LDPR leader said.

"Cloning all our famous scientists is a step forward. It is not the number of factories and the amount of arable land that determines the future of humanity, but the number of scientific minds," the LDPR leader said. – Where are our great scientists? Not today. Where is Vernadsky? No. All Velikhov one. Where is Kurchatov? Where is our Korolev – designer-engineer? Where are our great test pilots - Baidukov, Chkalov? Here they could be cloned. Necessarily. It is necessary."

At the same time, Zhirinovsky offered to clone himself: "I will be glad if I can clone myself so that a second person like me appears. It will be good, it will be good for the nation."
