Momondo tour service showed how people who are confident in their nationality and dislike certain peoples change after learning that their DNA is more diverse than they had assumed. The video, in which representatives of different nations learn that they have the blood of their enemies flowing in them, has gained 25 million views on Facebook.

67 people participated in the experiment, among them an Englishman, a Frenchwoman, a Russian, an Irishman, a Kurdish woman, a Cuban, a Bangladeshi. At the beginning of the test, they were asked who they were by nationality, who they disliked and why.

Specialists took a sample of their saliva, and after a while invited young people to announce the results of DNA examination. The results amazed the participants of the experiment: a Kurdish girl found out that she had Turkish blood, and an Englishman who declared hatred for the Germans - about his German roots.

The Frenchwoman who participated in the experiment noted that such a test should be mandatory for everyone on the planet. "Then there would be no extremism in the world if people knew about their roots," she said.

At the end, all those who took part in the testing were offered to go on a "journey in the footsteps of DNA" – this is the name of the Momondo project, in support of which this video was filmed. "A world without borders begins with a world without prejudice," reads the slogan of the project.
