The Arbitration Court rejected the homeopaths' claim against the Russian Academy of Sciences for compensation for "reputational damage"

In short: The trial with the homeopathic company "Helvet" was won by the Academy of Sciences and the head of the Commission on Combating Pseudoscience, E. B. Alexandrov. Cheers.
In combining the case with another process – the claim of the company "AleksAnn", which produces homeopathic medicines, for the recognition of the information published in Memorandum No. 2 (homeopathy) as untrue The Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences on Combating Pseudoscience, – judge A. S. Chadov refused. The court did not invite 34 scientists who could give a competent opinion against homeopathy. The judge's decision was made today.
The plaintiffs will probably file an appeal.
