Watch, watch, how many years do I have to live?

We remind you that the author's opinion, in this case, that Tikker watches will be useful to anyone and, moreover, that they, based on some questionnaires, will show the time remaining until the death of their owner, and not until the birthday of someone's grandmother, may absolutely not coincide with the opinion of the editorial board ;)

The Tikker watch will remind the user that he is mortal

Does anyone need a smartwatch? The gadget market has yet to answer this question, but Tikker watches will be useful to anyone. No, they don't display notifications from a smartphone; their main purpose is to remind people that they are mortal.

The clock shows how long a person has left to live. The principle of their work is simple: they calculate it using a special questionnaire in which a person is asked about his age, as well as other parameters that affect life expectancy.

Tikker creator Frederick Kolting says that although everyone knows about the existence of death, it is not accepted to talk about it. "It seems to me that knowing when we will leave this world, we will better manage the time allotted to us," he says. He started his project after the death of his grandfather, which made him think about the finiteness of life and realize that after death nothing is important anymore.

Tikker is not just a concept. Colting collects money for its implementation on Kickstarter. The watch will go to those who donate $39 or more to the project.
