The 29th International Exhibition and Congress on Chemical Developments, Environmental Protection and Biotechnology ACHEMA 2009 (May 11-15, 2009, Frankfurt am Main Exhibition Center, Germany) is the world's largest exhibition of chemical and petrochemical equipment, environmental protection technologies and biotechnologies.
Within the framework of the ACHEMA exhibition, an international scientific Congress dedicated to innovative technologies and developments in the field of chemical production, mechanical engineering and biotechnology is being held.
ACHEMA presents to participants and visitors a wide range of system solutions, equipment, high technologies and services for the chemical and petrochemical industries, pharmaceutical and food industries and related manufacturing industries. The permanent organizer of the exhibition and congress is the German Society of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology DECHEMA.
Achema makes chemical technologies accessible, creates new opportunities for paving the way in the era of new economic opportunities in chemical engineering, biotechnology and environmental protection of mankind. Environmental protection and biotechnology equipment is an integral part of the Achema exhibition.
