VIII All-Russian Exhibition of scientific and Technical creativity of youth

On June 25-28, 2008, the VIII All-Russian Exhibition of Scientific and Technical Creativity of Youth will be held in Moscow in Pavilion No. 57 of the All-Russian Exhibition Center.

The organizers of the exhibition: the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Education, the CCI of the Russian Federation, the Government of Moscow, the All-Russian Exhibition Center, the Council of Rectors of Universities in Moscow and the Moscow region.

The exhibition is held as part of the implementation of the activities of the priority national project "Education", as well as federal and regional targeted programs aimed at the development of science, technology, education and intellectual education of young people.

NTTM-2008 is a demonstration of the results of fundamental and applied research, inventions and developments of the best representatives of the intellectual youth of Russia aged 12-27 years.

The annual All-Russian NTTM competition will be held within the framework of the exhibition. According to its results, applicants will be determined for awarding prizes, as well as awarding grants under the "U.M.N.I.K." program announced by the Foundation for the Promotion of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere. The evaluation of the submitted works will be carried out by a Scientific Committee consisting of scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences, teachers, specialists in youth work, representatives of public and scientific organizations.

A significant event of the exhibition will be the scientific and practical conference "Scientific and technical creativity of youth – the way to a knowledge-based society", the main purpose of which is to stimulate the acquisition of new knowledge that forms the basis of technological innovations, to promote the development of creative activity and professional growth of young professionals.
