I.M. Mechnikov Scholarship
As part of the Mechnikov program aimed at supporting the mobility of scientists, the French Embassy in Russia will award grants (scholarships) in 2016 to Russian scientists carrying out research activities in France at the invitation of a laboratory of a higher educational institution, a scientific organization or a French enterprise for a period of 1 to 3 months. The program applies to all scientific disciplines with the exception of the humanities.
Applications are accepted until November 30, 2015.
Consideration of submitted applications and selection of winners is carried out by members of the committee of independent experts.
The results of the competition will be published on the website of the French Embassy on February 6, 2016.

- Description of the project.
- Please indicate the expected length of stay in FranceLetter of support from the Director of the Russian laboratory and the director of the host French laboratory
- The dossier should be sent as a single document in PDF format and its size should not exceed 5MB.
- Benefits of the scholarship:
- Free Schengen visaScholarship in the amount of about 1700 euros per month (from 1 to 3 months) in the period 15/02/2016 – 31/12/2016
- Payment of transportation costs Russia – France – Russia.
- The announcement of the contest is on the website of the French Embassy in Russia.
