The Triumph Contest
The competition is organized by the international biotech investment company IVAO. "Triumph" is an international competition of biotechnological projects for young entrepreneurs.accepted until May 20, 2017
The purpose of the competition The purpose of the competition is to stimulate the entrepreneurial activity of young people in the field of biomedicine and the evaluation of projects by potential investors and representatives of large businesses to create high–tech innovative startups and projects.
The "Triumph" task The task of the competition is to find promising innovative projects in the entrepreneurial sphere and help them turn from a scientific development into a successful technological business.
To participate in the competition, you must have a business plan.
The TRIUMPH competition within the framework of the forum "From Biomedical developments to healthy longevity" is not only an opportunity to win a cash prize, but also a unique chance for young scientists and entrepreneurs:
· hear the opinions of leaders in their scientific field;
· find business partners for long-term cooperation;
· get support (informational, financial) for your project;
· get an expert assessment of representatives of science and business;
· get prizes from partners;
· "show yourself and look at others."
The competition is held in two stages · Correspondence qualifying stage
· Final face-to-face stage and awarding of winners
Projects in the following areas are accepted for the competition: · life extension technologies;
· fight against aging;
· mechanisms of aging;
· medicine of the future;
· regenerative medicine;
· biotechnology.
According to the results of the face-to-face stage of the competition, 8 best projects will be selected, which will receive the following preferences: · project expertise
· project financing
· cash prizes:
o 1st place – 200 thousand .
o 2nd place – 100 thousand .+ prizes from partners
o 3rd place – 70 thousand .+ prizes from partners
· The 5 best IVAO projects will be presented and included in the newsletter on the IVAO database to Russian and international investors.
