Three mistakes that take years off your life

One of the main mistakes is lack of physical activity. And we are not talking about going to the gym, daily jogging. Sometimes it's enough just to start walking more. You don't have to count your steps. A daily walk in the fresh air for an hour will do you good.

"It's important to move a lot. The more movement, the less the heart wears out, as paradoxical as it may sound," noted the doctor.

As for nutrition, there is no need to go to extremes and give up masses of foods. Try to eat more vegetables and fruits, less fatty and sweet things and drink water during the day, without replacing it with coffee, sodas and juices.

In addition, it is important to establish sleep, be able to rest and switch in time.

"Stop being nervous and anxious, take everything to heart. It is necessary to live in the present here and now, stop reliving past hurts and traumas," urged the cardiologist.
