The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation receives appeals from citizens who receive calls on behalf of fictional employees of the department with a proposal to pay compensation for ineffective treatment with medicines and dietary supplements. To receive compensation, it is proposed to deposit 6,500 rubles to the specified details of Sberbank of Russia. At the same time, the phone number is indicated, at which it is necessary to inform the number of the paid receipt "to the chairman of the financial department for subsidized payments of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation".

In the staff structure of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation there is no position of the chairman of the financial department for subsidized payments, and the specified phone number is not the number of the Accounts Chamber.

According to these facts, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation with a request to conduct an investigation.
