United Biomedical and Biopharmacological Russia
"Russia is on the verge of major decisions on the development of the domestic pharmaceutical and drug industry on the latest scientific and technical basis. Such a problem remains urgent for our country as the integration of the efforts of various departments, institutes, state academies in the development of biomedical technologies. Although there is a positive experience of interaction between the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
Obtaining truly innovative products in the medical and biological field is the longest, most risky and very costly process. Reducing the time and reducing the cost can be achieved through the use of bioinformatics, modeling on supercomputers using supercomputers of domestic production.
We have big problems in the use of intellectual property created as a result of research and development in state research organizations. We need large pharmaceutical public-private companies and private companies, which are not yet in Russia.
Developing the pharmaceutical industry in Russia, it is necessary to fully take into account the recent breakthroughs in genomics and the rapid development of post-genomic research. So far, unfortunately, we do not have an end–to-end (so in the original - VM) program of what the decoding of the human genome gives for medicine, biomedical technologies.
