III International Exhibition and Conference "Bioindustry"

The III International Exhibition and Conference "Bioindustry" will be held on October 16-18, 2013 at the Lenexpo exhibition Complex as part of the St. Petersburg International Health Forum.

The exhibition-conference "Bioindustry" was not accidentally included in the St. Petersburg International Health Forum. It is a complex of specialized exhibition areas, scientific, educational and business events, where biotechnological solutions aimed at the development of the biosphere as a comfortable human habitat will be demonstrated.

The exposition will include such sections as biotechnologies and wildlife, biotechnologies and the health industry, bioengineering and bioinformatics, infrastructure of the biotechnological industry.

As part of the business program, conferences, seminars and discussions will be held on the problems of development, market promotion and commercialization of biotechnologies in various sectors of the economy. The competition of innovative biotechnological solutions contributes to the solution of this problem, during which the best projects, developments and product samples in various areas of the bioindustry are selected.

A business contacts and presentations center will be organized at the Bioindustry exhibition and conference, where industry representatives will advise market participants on financial, economic, legal, marketing and other issues of industry development.

The project pays special attention to working with students and schoolchildren. Young scientists have the opportunity to take part in the business program of the exhibition and conference and present their scientific developments. For creative and intellectual self-expression of schoolchildren, a Field of children's innovations will be organized again, where children will be able to take part in contests and quizzes of the biological direction, master classes on ecology.
