XIX International Pushchina School-conference of Young Scientists
"Biology is the science of the 21st century"

Pushchinsky Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow State University, Pushchino City Administration, Pushchinsky State Natural Science Institute and the Council of Young Scientists announce the holding of the 19th INTERNATIONAL Pushchinsky SCHOOL–CONFERENCE of YOUNG SCIENTISTS "Biology - Science of the XXI Century" on April 20-24, 2015

The program of the school-conference will include lectures by leading Russian and foreign scientists, oral and poster presentations of participants, round tables, master classes, reports and presentations of commercial organizations. The conference participants will be able to get acquainted with the work of the institutes of the Pushchino Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences and visit the laboratories of research institutes.

To participate in the School-conference, it is necessary until March 1, 2015:

1) Register on the conference website and fill in all the fields of your profile (note that many of them are mandatory and do not forget to save changes).

2) Choose the form of participation (full-time, correspondence), as well as the section.

3) Upload abstracts in the "Conference Abstracts" tab in your profile. The text of the abstracts must be edited taking into account the rules for the design of abstracts given below. We recommend saving a copy of the abstracts on your local computer. Please note that you can submit only one thesis as the first author.

4) In case of full-time participation, it is necessary to choose the type of abstract collection (electronic on a flash drive or paper "brick").

5) You must pay the registration fee from your profile page via the conference website by April 1, 2015. We ask you to transfer organizational contributions in a timely manner, since unpaid abstracts are not accepted for publication.

The amount of the registration fee for citizens of the Russian Federation:
1000 rubles. – full-time participation
600 rubles. – correspondence participation

For foreign citizens – 20 Euros

The fee includes organizational expenses, coffee breaks, participant recruitment, provision of demonstration equipment and consumables, payment for services for the production of a collection of abstracts.
The registration fee for correspondence participation includes the costs of reviewing abstracts and prepress processing of materials.

Upon completion of the school-conference, the electronic version of the abstracts will be posted on the official website of the school-conference. 

Within the framework of the school-conference on April 22, 2015, it is planned to hold a Russian-German session in the following areas:

  • Animal physiology and biomedicine
  • Bioinformatics (mathematical biology);
  • Applied biotechnology;
  • Biophysics;
  • Microbiology and virology;
  • Soil science (soil sciences);

The session will feature lectures and reports by leading German scientists, as well as German and Russian students and postgraduates.

The working language of the forum is English.
