Effective interaction of science and business
The main topic of the event will be the collaboration of the academic and business communities: leading experts will discuss the results and effectiveness of their interaction in five main areas.
BiotechClub is a universal platform that unites representatives of science, business and applied medicine. A lively discussion of topical topics allows us to determine trends for the development of innovative technologies, new approaches to the treatment of diseases, scientific research in the field of biotech.
In 2020, for the first time, the conference will be devoted not to one main topic, but will combine five key areas:
- Oncology,
- Gene therapy,
- Autoimmune diseases,
- Biotechnologies,
- COVID-19.
A panel discussion is also planned, in which experts will discuss the interaction of science and business in the field of biotechnology.

This year's challenges have only strengthened our confidence in the chosen course. Experts will discuss the latest scientific discoveries in the field of therapy of oncological and autoimmune diseases (in particular, one of the sections will be entirely devoted to gene therapy), ways of their introduction into everyday medical practice and prospects for the development of the industry.

A separate track will be dedicated to COVID-19, in which experts will discuss clinical manifestations, severity, hospitalization and therapy of a new coronavirus infection, including in the ICU, and reveal what is hidden behind official statistics in the media. In addition, special attention will be paid to international recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19, post-infectious immunity and the creation of a vaccine.
In the track of autoimmune diseases, special attention will be paid to the discussion of modern and innovative therapies, in particular, the immunopathogenesis of psoriasis, inflammatory bowel diseases in children and effective therapy of multiple sclerosis.
