EcoForum-2008
Dear colleagues!
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we invite you to take part in the work of the Second St. Petersburg International Environmental Forum "Environment and Human Health", which will be held on July 1-4, 2008.
The ECOFORUM-2008 will be based on scientific reports and discussions on the impact on human health of radiation, chemical, biological and climatic environmental risk factors. The ECOFORUM-2008 will be attended by leading experts in the field of medical ecology, toxicology, toxicogenomics, radioecology, biological safety, terrestrial and extraterrestrial ecological physiology. Plenary reports will be delivered by scientists from many countries: Russia, the CIS, the European Commonwealth, the Baltic States, the USA and the countries of the Near and Far East. Within the framework of the forum, general plenary sessions and separate congresses on each of the identified risk factors will be organized, as well as thematic round tables on such modern branches of science as genomics, nanotechnology and nanoproduction from the point of view of medical ecology.
We hope that the humanistic orientation, the high scientific level of the ECOFORUM-2008, the incomparable sights of St. Petersburg - the largest center of world science and culture, and finally, the hospitality of the organizers will provide you with an exceptionally useful and pleasant stay at the forum.

Ecoforum-2008 will be held at the Pribaltiyskaya Hotel, which is located in a beautiful area of St. Petersburg on Vasilievsky Island on the shore of the Gulf of Finland and has a modern infrastructure for holding international congresses.
Terms of participation in the ECOFORUM-2008Registration on the ECOFORUM-2008 website is a prerequisite for participation.
Rules for submitting abstracts and publication of materials:Participants wishing to make an oral or poster (poster) presentation at the ECOFORUM-2008 should post the abstracts of their report in electronic form on the forum's website for consideration and approval by the Scientific Organizing Committee.
Abstracts should be submitted in two languages: Russian and English. Detailed rules for abstracts are presented on the forum's website.
