The Second Pharmaceutical Forum of the CIS

The II Pharmaceutical Forum of the CIS-2011 of the Adam Smith Institute will be held in Moscow on February 15-17, 2011.

The main events of the Forum:

  • Special Focus Day: The Central Asia and Transcaucasia Summit (February 15) will provide participants with detailed first-hand information about the state of the pharmaceutical markets of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.
  • The main conference (February 16 and 17) will be devoted to the hottest topics of the sector in the largest CIS markets – Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus. Special emphasis will be placed on discussing the most successful business models of leading players, issues of the Single Customs Union, market development forecasts for 2011-2012, and key regulatory tasks.
  • A greater number of interactive formats, including: leaders' debates, "Face to Face" – a panel discussion on registration and licensing, "Live Broadcast" – an on-stage interview with an industry leader and an interactive discussion on distribution.
  • 3 sessions of key reports, including key reports from CIS regional directors of leading international pharmaceutical companies, key reports from directors of representative offices and leading local players, as well as key reports from representatives of regulatory authorities from the member countries of the Single Customs Union.
