XV Russian and X Kazan Venture Fair
The Venture Fair in Kazan is Russia's largest contact platform for innovative technology companies and professional participants in the direct and venture investment industry, an important investment event in Russia, recognized by Russian and foreign business circles.
The purpose of the Fair is to promote the development of the venture investment system in Russia, attract the attention of a wide range of investors to Russian innovative companies, and attract investment in technology business.
The fair is a two–component event that includes an exposition of innovative companies, within which exhibiting companies are given the opportunity to present their business to a wide interested public and venture investors, and a congress block in which thematic events are held.
The key theme for the 2015 Fair will be "Innovative Russia – the role of the Venture Investment Industry". The following thematic lines will be offered for discussion at the round tables:
- Rethinking the priorities of technological and scientific development.
- Development of economic sectors through venture capital.
- The impact of risks of external factors on the existing innovation system and the system of science in Russia.
- Internet in Russia: a repetition of the world path or a unique development.
- Increasing productivity is the key to competitiveness in global markets.
- Recycling or promising areas of waste processing.
- Automotive industry – the need for localization of automotive component industries.
- The development of pharmacology as a driver of the development of the region.
Separately, representatives of innovative entrepreneurship – participants of the venture fair, will be given the opportunity to speak to investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the USA.
