The second contest "bio/mol/text"

Contest of popular science articles "bio/mol/text"-2012

Biomolecula is holding a contest of popular science articles "bio/mol/text" for the second time.

The main topics of the competition are molecular biology and biophysics, biomedicine and bio- and nanotechnology.

Works are accepted from July 2 to October 31, 2012. The results of the competition (according to the decision of the jury) will be published in November 2012 on the website biomolecula.ru .

Articles of the declared subject in the following nominations are accepted for the competition:

• The best review article revealing a small scientific field (at least 10 thousand characters)
  the premium is 10 thousand rubles.
• The best news report covering a scientific study published since the beginning of 2012 (at least 5 thousand characters)
  the award is 5 thousand rubles.
• The best press release on the topic of his scientific work (at least 10 thousand characters)
  the premium is 10 thousand rubles.
• Audience Award (online voting in IMBG magazine)
  The prize is an 8 GB iPod touch MP3 player (the prize was provided by Genoanalytika).

The participant has the right to submit no more than one work for each of the first three nominations; all works that have passed the editorial selection will automatically participate in the online voting.
