Education in Ukrainian universities for citizens of the Russian Federation. Purity of blood is welcome

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in 2009 allocates 83 state scholarships to citizens of the Russian Federation to study at higher educational institutions of Ukraine, including:
– 30 – for citizens of the Russian Federation (the list of specialties and higher educational institutions is attached);
– 50 – for citizens of the Russian Federation of Ukrainian origin in accordance with the requests of Ukrainian public organizations of the Russian Federation;
– 3 in graduate school.

Candidates for training must have a complete general secondary education, excellent and good grades in all disciplines.

Each candidate for training must submit the following documents to the Federal Agency for Education by May 15, 2009:
– completed application form;
– copies of passport pages indicating citizenship and residence permit;
– a copy of the document on full general secondary education indicating grades in all subjects or a certificate of education in the final grade of a secondary school with grades for half a year, certified by the school director.

Admission of candidates to postgraduate studies is carried out on the basis of applications sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Candidates recommended for postgraduate studies are pre-approved with the host higher educational institution of Ukraine. The deadline for the arrival of graduate students is determined individually for each candidate and reported additionally.
