Because he has been writing about the Chinese "obstetrician-installer of a wide profile" for several years and not only in "AIF". And if the editor of "AIF" did not check the quality of the material, then he could have paid attention to the creative copy paste and "boyanism".

The professor turned out to be a former State Duma deputy on the LDPR list from 1994. Who then passed from the same party to the CEC, lived there for four terms and, according to rumors, greatly helped along the party line with the appointment of his nephew, also Yevgeny Ishchenko, to the post of Volgograd mayor. And also, I must say, quite sane. Which doesn't say anything about his honesty. Because only the intercession of the magnificent, literally golden lawyer Pavel Astakhov helped his nephew to limit himself to a year of imprisonment.

But let's return to the professor, who said: "The Regional Prosecutor's office, at the behest of the then head of the region, dug the ground, as they say, just to find grounds for initiating a criminal case against Jiang. But I haven't found a single patient who would have gotten worse after Jiang's treatment."

It remains only to understand who Savely Kashnitsky is. According to him, he is a graduate of MAI, but did not work in his specialty. Graduated from the Repin Institute in St. Petersburg, but he doesn't seem to be painting.
