In Russia, a vaccine for the prevention of allergies to cats may soon appear
A vaccine for the prevention of allergies to cats, which is being developed by Sechenov University, may appear as early as 2021, research has been completed, said the rector of the University, Pyotr Glybochko.
"Now we are preparing allergens against allergies from cats. They are almost ready. If the pandemic does not interfere, it will happen this year," Glybochko said at a meeting with journalists.
He clarified that the studies have already been completed, but the documents for registration of the drug have not yet been submitted.
Earlier it was reported that the vaccine for the prevention of allergies to cats began to be developed by Russian specialists together with colleagues from University of Vienna.
