On Saturday, April 24, the closing ceremony and awarding of the IV winners took place in the Assembly Hall of the Fundamental Library of Moscow State University 

The All-Russian Internet Olympiad in Nanotechnology, the intramural round of which started on April 19. The event was attended by the rector of Moscow University, Academician V.A. Sadovnichy, Dean of the FNM, academician Yu.D. Tretyakov, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, Olympic champion Svetlana Zhurova, who spoke many warm words from the stage to the participants, organizers and those who provided sponsorship support for the Olympics.

This year, the correspondence round of the Nanotechnology Olympiad covered 81 regions of the Russian Federation, and about 6 thousand participants, including more than 600 people from thirty-one foreign countries, took part in it. The peculiarity of the current, fourth Olympiad, has also become its orientation not only to schoolchildren, but also to students, graduate students and young scientists who are ready to try their hand not only in accurate, but also creative competitions within the framework of the Olympiad rounds.
