The head of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation Veronika Skvortsova will head the Council on military biomedical issues, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said.

According to Rogozin, the Military-Industrial Commission is also creating a council for public-private partnership, which will be headed by Mikhail Abyzov.

The main task of the council for public-private partnership, Rogozin said, will be the fight against monopolism in the defense industry. The new council will also include representatives of private business – within the framework that will allow "confidentiality of this production".
