It is planned to transform large higher educational institutions of Russia into modern centers in the field of development of medicines and medical devices, Director of the Department of Chemical and Technical Complex and Bioengineering Technologies of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Sergey Tsyb said at a press conference in Moscow on July 12, the correspondent of IA REGNUM reports.
