V Moscow Venture Forum

At the Moscow center “Digital October" (digitaloctober.ru ) The V Moscow Venture Forum will be held on December 14-15. The purpose of the event is to orient entrepreneurs in the tools of state support for innovation and to tell about the sources of obtaining financial resources for the implementation of their projects, the organizers told the UNOVA Media news agency.

It is planned that the forum will bring together at least 400 participants: representatives of public authorities responsible for innovation policy, managing directors of Russian and foreign venture funds, entrepreneurs, business angels, experts.

Presentations will be made, in particular, by Igor Agamirzyan, CEO of the Russian Venture Company, Sergey Polyakov, CEO of the Fund for the Promotion of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere, Alexander Lupachev, Investment Director of the Skolkovo Foundation, Sergey Belousov, Head of Parallels, Alexander Galitsky, Managing Partner of Almaz Capital Partners.

The forum is expected to discuss the following topics: "Initiatives of the state and large corporations to support innovation in Moscow", "How to create an innovative company worth $ 1 billion", "Venture funds and entrepreneurs: problems of mutual understanding", "Formation of demand for innovative products: public-private partnership", "Technoparks and business-incubators: property complexes or elements of an innovation system", "Investments in IT projects", "Investments in biotechnology", "Investments in nanotechnology", "Business angel and seed investment".
