KFC demanded an apology from the buyer for the "rat-free"
The California fast food restaurant KFC (which is constantly being published, either by order of competitors, or as a kind of advertising inspired by the company itself), demanded an apology from the buyer who accused the institution of selling him rat meat instead of chicken nuggets.

Representatives of the restaurant called the customer a liar after the DNA of the "rat" was examined in an independent laboratory. This is reported by Foxnews (KFC says DNA shows 'fried rat' was chicken).
KFC explained that they not only turned to geneticists (who confirmed that the meat in the nuggets is chicken), but also conducted an internal investigation by interviewing all employees. These measures, according to the representative of the chain Rodrigo Coronel, proved that the buyer Devorayz Dixon, who criticized the institution, was wrong. Dixon and the lawyer he hired have not yet responded to KFC's statement.
Earlier it was reported that the network managers tried to contact the client, but he refused to communicate with the company directly, hiring a lawyer for this purpose. The latter agreed to provide a piece of "rat-free" for examination.
Earlier in June, Dixon posted a photo of a nugget similar in shape to a rodent on a social network. He stated that a fried rat was served to him at a KFC restaurant. The company then commented on the situation, noting that chicken dishes that are prepared in the restaurant chain "often vary in size and shape." However, after leading media outlets in different countries wrote about the story, KFC was forced to investigate the incident in more detail.
