Valuable prizes for St. Petersburg innovators

The Committee on Science and Higher Education on the basis of the Law of St. Petersburg of 25.11.2009 N 605-104 "On the budget of St. Petersburg for 2010 and for the planning period of 2011 and 2012" and the decree of the Government of St. Petersburg of 19.06.2007 No. 684 "On the main measures for the development of scientific activity in St. Petersburg for 2008-2011" holds in 2011 a competition for the best innovative projects in the field of science and higher professional education in St. Petersburg in 2011.

The purpose of the Competition is to identify and support authors (groups of authors) implementing innovative projects and representing higher educational institutions, industry and academic institutions, innovatively active organizations located in St. Petersburg.

The participants of the competition are the authors who have submitted applications for participation in the competition (hereinafter referred to as applications) (individuals who make up the author's team) who carry out activities in an organization located in St. Petersburg and not in the stage of reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy

The winners of the competition for the best innovative projects in the field of science and higher professional education of St. Petersburg are awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes in the following categories:

  • The best scientific and innovative idea
  • The best innovative business offer
  • The best business plan for an innovative project
  • The best innovative product

The following areas are highlighted in each of the nominations:

  • live systems;
  • nanosystems and materials industry;
  • energy and energy conservation;
  • rational use of natural resources;
  • transport, aviation and space systems;
  • information and telecommunication systems.

According to the results of the competition, a catalog of competitive projects is formed.

The accompanying organization is the Rinno Consulting and Innovation Center.

The application for the competition must be submitted at the address: St. Petersburg, Makarova Embankment, house 2.

The time for accepting applications is from 10:00 to 19:00 (except Saturday and Sunday).
Application deadline: up to and including 15.07.2011.

It is advisable for the participants of the competition to submit applications to the specified address in person. To participate in the Competition, the applicant provides a package of documents (application) containing an application for participation in the Competition (Appendix No. 1), a qualification card (Appendix No. 2), a description of the project in accordance with the selected nomination (appendices No. 3-6), an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities received no earlier than six months in advance before the date of posting the notice of the open tender, certified by the seal of the organization. The package of documents must be submitted in 1 copy. The package of documents must contain a copy of the project description in electronic form.
